We check in with Civil Engineering Apprentice, Ben Dobbin, during National Apprenticeship Week
As WorkPlus Applications open, we speak to Ben Dobbin, undertaking a WorkPlus Apprenticeship with Charles Brand. Ben, currently based on DP World, London Gateway, had this to say as to why he chose an Apprenticeship; “Joining the Apprenticeship scheme has provided me with the opportunity to travel throughout the UK and introduced me to different environments within the Construction Industry. I am currently working at DP World – London Gateway, port side, where we are constructing a new Container Sacking yard while separating live port operations and dealing with strict security requirements’.
