With over 25 years industry experience, Steve Turner is a highly respected figure in the civil engineering industry. His expertise in airport construction, coupled with his commitment to exceptional service delivery, safety, and innovation, drives the company’s growth within the industry.

As Civil Engineering Director, Paddy leads the delivery of projects across a wide range of sectors including Roads, Railways, Flood Alleviation, Marine, Utilities and Water. A graduate of the Queens University of Belfast, Paddy is a Chartered Civil Engineer with 30 years’ experience, specialising in civil engineering infrastructure.

As Commercial Director, Darryl leads a team of Commercial Managers and Quantity Surveyors, advising on the management of subcontracts, cost capturing and reporting and change control mechanisms. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a member of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors.

James leads all business development, supply chain engagement and mentors graduate engineers as they work towards chartership. He works closely with the preconstruction team to develop and implement effective work‑winning strategies and collaborates with the senior management team to shape the company’s overall business strategy. A graduate of Queen’s University Belfast, James is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, specialising in infrastructure and marine engineering.
