Advanced works included liaising with and temporarily relocating existing liveaboards, vessel owners and removing the pontoons and restraint systems. Dredging works were carried out using a backhoe dredger. All dredged arisings were disposed of at sea at designated and licensed disposal areas utilising split hopper barges and tugs.
As Civil Engineering Director, Paddy leads the delivery of projects across a wide range of sectors including Roads, Railways, Flood Alleviation, Marine, Utilities and Water. A graduate of the Queens University of Belfast, Paddy is a Chartered Civil Engineer, specialising in civil engineering infrastructure.
