Advanced works included liaising with and temporarily relocating existing liveaboards, vessel owners and removing the pontoons and restraint systems. Dredging works were carried out using a backhoe dredger. All dredged arisings were disposed of at sea at designated and licensed disposal areas utilising split hopper barges and tugs.
James leads all pre-construction activity including Business Development, Supply Chain Engagement, Preparation of PQQs, Tenders and Managing Multi-Disciplinary Teams. A graduate of the Queens University of Belfast, James is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, specialising in infrastructure and marine engineering.
