Advanced works included liaising with and temporarily relocating existing liveaboards, vessel owners and removing the pontoons and restraint systems. Dredging works were carried out using a backhoe dredger. All dredged arisings were disposed of at sea at designated and licensed disposal areas utilising split hopper barges and tugs.
