Meet The Team

As Managing Director, Niall leads the Charles Brand team, encouraging collaboration with an emphasis on values, behaviours and teamwork. A graduate of the Queens University of Belfast, Niall is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, specialising in infrastructure and marine engineering.

As Civil Engineering Director, Paddy leads the delivery of projects across a wide range of sectors including Roads, Railways, Flood Alleviation, Marine, Utilities and Water. A graduate of the Queens University of Belfast, Paddy is a Chartered Civil Engineer, specialising in civil engineering infrastructure.

James leads all pre-construction activity including Business Development, Supply Chain Engagement, Preparation of PQQs, Tenders and Managing Multi-Disciplinary Teams.  A graduate of the Queens University of Belfast, James is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, specialising in infrastructure and marine engineering.

As Commercial Director, Darryl leads a team of Commercial Managers and Quantity Surveyors, advising on the management of subcontracts, cost capturing and reporting and change control mechanisms. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a member of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors.

As Director of Telecommunications, Anthony (Tony) specialises in ‘Fibre To The Home’. His collaborative approach allows him to lead multi-disciplinary teams throughout the UK and Ireland.
