Charles Brand are assisting in building business cases, producing FFTH network designs, and conducting full turnkey construction activities as Principal Designer and Principal Contractor. In 2023 we have completed trails of 12k premises whilst assisting our client in setting out the technical; delivery processes required to deliver large volumes over the coming years. This national programme across many regions in England; Wales is expected to continue to late 2027 and possibly beyond.

James leads all pre-construction activity including Business Development, Supply Chain Engagement, Preparation of PQQs, Tenders and Managing Multi-Disciplinary Teams. A graduate of the Queens University of Belfast, James is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, specialising in infrastructure and marine engineering.
